Hotel Villa Singala - Port de Pollenca

I almost thought this place would be good, until I experienced the utterly poor breakfast selection and the fact that housekeeping knocked at noon, like, could they not read the check-out time? I certainly deserved a complimentary gesture for dealing with that! Really, the sun never visited my balcony either. What a letdown!

This hotel is a wee gem. It is now my favourite hotel in Puerto Pollensa. The new owners have done a great job with it. It is clean, fresh and offers everything you could possibly want at a very reasonable price. Breakfast excellent - good selection. My friends were staying...  

The location was a peaceful gem near the beach, and the room's balcony offered lovely views.

As reported by previous guests this hotel is a little gem and the manager, Josep, and his staff are all very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We loved the decor of the rooms, cleanliness was excellent and the air conditioning...

The hotel was conveniently situated for our purpose. Very quiet at n ight as far as the location is concerned, but some guests came in late and were inconsiderate. The towels were changed every day and our sheets were changed...  

Delightful hotel, better than the 2 star rating. Clean, comfortable, buffet breakfast had a super choice, staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. No sea view, but literally 50m from the promenade, five to ten minute walk to restaurants,...  

Fantastic stay with lovely atmosphere

Great location just a 2-minute walk to the beach and surrounded by restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a balcony with lovely views. The outdoor swimming pool was a nice touch. Breakfast had fresh croissants, pastries, and a selection of juices.

The location was excellent, the atmosphere was relaxed, the rooms were extremely clean and the staff were extremely helpful.

Loved the location of the hotel, just a quick stroll to the Pine Walk. The balcony room was perfect, offering lovely views and enough sunlight. Breakfast on the terrace felt special, even if the variety leaned towards the basic side. Their willingness to help was evident when I needed an early check-in. The pool area was small but rarely crowded was nice. The atmosphere was calm and cozy, ideal for relaxation. On the downside, the soundproofing left something to be desired, especially at night. The noise from the dining area below could be disruptive, but Joseph, the manager, was on top of things and moved me to another room swiftly. I did hear some frogs at night, amusing at first but a bit much after a while. I had a lovely time despite those little nuisances.

The Hotel location was superb, Joseph and his staff made the holiday a great enjoyment. A small, compact quiet hotel which suited us immensely. Would highly recommend Villa Singala, and hope to go back again next year....  

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very good, large room. Brilliant location, quiet and near the beach. Good base for walking, cycling and relaxing.
